I am interested in a subscription. How does it work?
5th Season subscriptions are a favorite of our customers. After all, you will receive the fruits you specified at home on the frequency specified by you, with a discount. Very handy. That is how it works:
- Choose your flavors and amount of boxes you want to receive.
- Indicate how often you want to receive the order (for example every 2 weeks, every month or every two months).
- Set up your subscription from a minimum of 3 boxes and receive a standard discount of 15% to 25%!
- Done! From now on you will always have a healthy fruit snack at home.
Am I tied to a subscription?
No. All our subscriptions are 100% flexible. You can stop, adjust or pause it at any time. You're the boss. Log in to your account and you can adjust anything anytime. Do you have questions or need help? Contact us at: email@example.com. We are happy to help you!
I want to cancel my subscription.

I want to change my details.
No problem. Log in to your account. Here you can change all your details.
I have lost my login details.
Request a new password at the login option. You will receive a temporary password from us with which you can log in again. Are you stuck? Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my next delivery?
Log in to your account. Here you can see when the next delivery is scheduled.
When will the amount be debited from my account?
Approximately 2-3 days before the delivery frequency you specified, the amount will be automatically debited from your account.
I want to make a one-time order. Is that possible?
Certainly! All products can be ordered separately. Try them all. But be warned, you won't want to stop.
