What is the delivery time?

For all orders within the United Kingdom, Scotland, and Ireland we use economy services, which means that it will take around 2-3 business days to get your order delivered.

Do you also deliver to other countries?

Certainly. 5th Season fruit is available throughout Europe in collaboration with our logistics partner PostNL. For questions about shipping within Europe, please contact us: shop@5thseasonfruit.com

What are the shipping costs?

If you use one of our subscriptions or if you order three or more boxes at the same time, NO shipping costs apply. For individual orders smaller than 3 boxes we will ask £2.99 shipping costs.

I have not received a confirmation by email. What should I do?

Check your spam box, you might find us there. If not, please contact us at: shop@5thseasonfruit.com

There was a delivery while I was not at home.

No prob. If our logistics partner has not delivered it to the neighbours, you will receive a message for an alternative delivery date or the package can be picked up at a pick-up point nearby.

My order has not (yet) arrived.

If your package has not yet been delivered within 3 business days, please contact us at: shop@5thseasonfruit.com. We will do everything we can to get your fruit delivered as soon as possible!

I want to return my order.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt in the original, unopened packaging. After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount. Contact us via shop@5thseasonfruit.com including your order number.

You've switched the language and there are items in the cart. If you keep the English language, the cart will be emptied and you will have to add the items again to the cart.
