This privacy policy (the ‘Privacy Policy’) together with our terms and conditions of use describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. Who is responsible for your personal data?

The Dutch company, Project Paradise B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Kingsfordweg 151, 1043 GR Amsterdam, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number: 65387562 (‘5th Season’), is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.

The information we collect

We collect the information about you that you give us when you register with us, when you visit the Site, when you correspond with us and when you contribute to or use some of the advanced features on the Site. Such information may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information.

In addition, we may collect your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

Parts of the Site are automatic and we may process your personal data as part of the Site.

Why we collect it and how we use it
